Alguien me comentó que se iba a comprar un disco duro externo para instalar programas, juegos... mi pregunta es ¿habría algún tipo de problema a la hora de ejecutarlos? Vamos, que si "tirarían" bien o_o

Siempre que tengas el disco duro conectado...
A lo mejor aumentan un poco los tiempos de carga, pero si eso no te es vital(conozco personas que el tiempo de carga de los juegos les parece importantísimo...

Ahhh, vale, ya lo tengo todo claro. Gracias ^^ El ordenador de la persona que me comentó eso es un portátil nuevecito, supongo que llevará la conexión SATA ésa en la placa base...
