21 dB + 21 dB = 42 dB, no 24 dB

Los dB son adimensionales. Los dBW, dBm dBHz no son admiensionales. La suma dB + dB tiene sentido en ganancias.

Lo qeu se hace es, como dice Remo

21= 10 log (I/I<sub>0</sub>), con I<sub>0</sub>=10<sup>-12</sup> W/m<sup>2</sup> --> I

--> 24 = 10 log (2I/I<sub>0</sub>) = 10 log (2 * I/I<sub>0</sub>) = 10 [log (I/I<sub>0</sub>) + log 2 ] = 3 + 10 log (I/I<sub>0</sub>)
