Porque la cola de contacto debe estar seca para pegar?

Seca no, pero hay que dejarla "reposar" unos minutos. Y aplicarla en las dos superficies a unir.

Creo que es para que se evaporen los disolventes que hacen que no se seque en el bote. Si no estaría muy blanda y al estar entre dos superficies la evaporación y por tanto el secado sería muy lento.
