No sabria decirte un formula para calcular la rapideza a la que se produciciria una hipotermia. Pero tendra relacion con la sensacion termica.
Entran factores como el indice de indumento (CLOs) y el Indice de actividad metabolico(METs) y en el caso de la hipotermia la inercia termica del cuerpo.
Por cierto en un operacion en la que te habran las tripas pierdes el calor más rapidamente.
