Creo que estáis confundiendo conceptos. Un microscopio compuesto tiene tres lentes convergentes, la que está más cerca de la preparación es el objetivo, y solo hay uno (mejor dicho solo funciona uno a la vez, hay varios que rotan en el revolver), y las otras dos, donde acercamos los ojos para mirar son los oculares, que tienen ambos igual aumento (10x generalmente). El aumento total del microscopio se obtiene multiplicando el aumento del objetivo (que puede ser 4x/10x/40x/100x) por el aumento del ocular 10x. |
