Creo que a lo que te refieres es a las bajadas de tensión. Alguien lo explicará mucho mejor que yo, pero bueno, intentaremos . Cuando hay tormenta pueden caer rayos en las lineas eléctricas de alta tensión, centrales, etc. Para evitar que la electricidad de los rayos, que es mucha, llegue a las casas y deje todo chamuscado, hay unos aparatos (llamémosles "X" porque no sé como se llaman) mediante los cuales la energía acumulada en la linea se descarga. Eso tu lo notas en que por un breve momento baja la intensidad de la luz en tu casa, e incluso puede llegar a cortarse el suministro momentáneamente.
