No, no es una combinación de operaciones. Es una operación simple.
Otro ejemplo:

12 ? 12 = 12

Me explico:

1 = 23(mod 11)
5 = 5(mod 7)
10 = 50(mod 10)
12 = 12(mod 12)

Donde "a = b(mod n)" significa que a y b dan el mismo resto al dividir por n.
